Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is been placed, we immediately start arranging the delivery procedure and therefore cannot make any changes. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Still in case due to any reason, if customer wishes to cancel the order, same can be verified by contacting the helpline numbers.
What is the return notice order?
Technochitra has a no questions asked returns policy. We will gladly accept any unused product if same is not as per customer’s requirement in its original packing and condition within 10 days of delivery.
However, if the product is damaged or defective from our side or damaged during transit, you need to inform us for the same damage or defect within 24 hours from the time of delivery, in order to receive the replacement.
How do I return a product to Technochitra.com in cases where the product found damaged?
We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 10 days of delivery, only if you discover that the product has been damaged during transit. Please inform our customer care representative at firstname.lastname@example.org with in 24 hrs of delivery. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request for refund.
To return a product as per our return policy, please log in a request to our Customer Care Team by sending an email at email@example.com. Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, please ship the product to us in a transit worthy packaging. Delivery details will be provided by the technochitra team as and when required.
Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of customer. We do not reimburse cost of return shipping. In case you need to send the product yourself, kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method (e.g. Delivery by Blue Dart and DTDC).
For all return shipments, please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Details and the Tracking ID.
What can lead to cancellation of my order?
When a product is rejected in our Quality Check process.
When the product stock is exhausted with our vendors.
When our logistic partners are unable to deliver to the desired delivery location.
What if the packaging of the product is damaged or opened upon delivery?
If you discover that the product has been damaged, please inform the technochitra team at email@example.com within 24 hrs from the time of delivery and follow the process to return the same.
Please do not accept the package in case same is found as opened and immediately notify our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
